Basement Masters did an outstanding job finishing 1000 sq. ft. basement. I got estimates from 4 contractors, all found through Angie's list. Pavel impressed me right away with his straight forward very organized and itemized estimate. He was very competitive with the others but the others were just not as detailed and clear. Pavel came to my house twice and spent all the time I needed to make sure we were on the same page before I decided to go with his company. The contract detail also was very key in making us at ease.  We knew what to expect. Pavel is very easy to get a hold of throughout the build. He uses email and texts to keep you aware of the schedule and any changes. We were in contact as much as I needed, he responds very quickly.  Whenever I saw something I thought needed to be changed or if I just had questions they had no problem listening and either changing or explaining their plan. Pavel is very detail oriented and wants to do a good job. He understands that if we are happy with the final product that we will recommend him to others. During the build we made decisions jointly and easily before any work was done so there were no surprises. All the workers were punctual, polite and made an effort to keep the work space as quite and clean as possible.

I am as pleased with Basement Masters as I have ever been with any contractor. I can feel very comfortable recommending Pavel and his crew to friends and family.
